Pick your items off a list, or send two photos and our assistant reads them. You get a number on screen in about a minute. If what's at the curb matches what you told us, that number cannot go up. If there's more, we show you the new price and you decide — before anything goes in the truck, never after the work is done.
02 A time, and a truck you can watch Learn more
You pick a preferred time instead of waiting out a four-hour window. We text when the truck is on its way, with a live link, so you can see where it is and how far out. No sitting by the window, no second phone call to ask where we are.
03 Proof of where it went Learn more
Your receipt arrives the moment you pay. Then a second message shows what was donated rather than dumped, with photos, and how much of your load stayed out of Hartland. Your couch is somebody's couch again, and you get to see it.
We bring the truck that fits the job.
A mattress does not need a twenty-yard box, and you should not pay for one. We run trailers and trucks of different sizes and send the one your load actually needs. The crews are local, trained, and named in your confirmation text before they knock.
The less we drive, the less you pay.
We're in each zone on a set day every month. Book that day and the saving on driving comes off your price, because the truck is already on your street.
